Not at all. We explain each session in plain language and pair new visitors with experienced observers.

Bring warm layers, a red-light flashlight if you have one, and a notebook. Binoculars are helpful but optional.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
If skies are unsafe or fully overcast, we post a delay, indoor backup, or reschedule notice before meetup time.
